Jumpers, Jesus, and Jolly Madness: The Wild Tales of Plumstead’s Peculiar People & Mary Ann Girling

Rachel & Hannah Season 1 Episode 16

Trevor's...we've decided to give you a break this week with a lighter, more chilled episode! In fact...it might even be a true crime story...without any crime...

We're taking a break from the usual intensity and diving instead into the quirky world of a religious sect; the Plumstead Peculiar People, Mary Ann Girling and her Jumping followers.

But before we get into the madness of religious "nutbags" (as one website so loving called them); hear the moment we both realise that old age is creeping up on us faster than we would like, that drinking straight martini is not the one, and that if we'd just told people we were Jesus we might have gotten away with a lot more!
